My name is Janice Desroches (she/her) and I am an experienced and empowered post-secondary educator (17+ years), DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) consultant and leader, and professional development facilitator. I am a dedicated advocate for CPD (Continuous Professional Development) and have partnered with school boards to offer learning circles which aim to create more equitable, successful schools for everyone. I strongly believe that the most successful learning occurs within collaborative, non-hierarchical, safe learning environments which centre Equity and DIBs (Diversity & Inclusion to promote Belonging) to move toward transformative justice within organizations. I am passionate about community engagement and am committed to working with educational institutions, organizations, community groups, authors, changemakers, and activists to gain diverse perspectives and to amplify voices that educate toward positive change.​
