Continuous Professional Development

Learning is a life-long process. It helps us to better understand ourselves and the world around us (and all of the wonderful people in it) so that we may meet others with a sense of empathy, understanding, and a willingness to learn and change. I am a true believer in the importance of continuous professional development, networking, and working toward positive change. In the words of Layla F. Saad,

“Create the change the world needs by creating change within yourself.”

The most effective leaders are those willing to look inside themselves and strive to better themselves, understanding that growth and learning is a life-long process. They are people who are willing to actively listen and learn from others. Let the learning continue!
